Products and order details

Review the item description, chosen size or model, price and delivery information before ordering. Product images are previews; review the product description and size guide for the item and options offered.

Only products and destinations supported by the checkout can be ordered. When different items use different fulfillment facilities, one order may arrive in several packages. Review the delivery details shown at checkout and our Return and refund policy.

Prices and payment

The checkout shows the payment currency and amounts collected for the order before you pay. Review delivery charges, taxes and any separate cross-border charge disclosures. Complete payment through the hosted checkout. Do not send card numbers, passwords or verification codes to customer support.

If an item becomes unavailable or a material price or description error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not make a material substitution or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If we cannot provide the order on the agreed terms, we will explain cancellation and refund options consistent with applicable law.

Order changes and fulfillment

Check the order details and delivery address in your confirmation and contact us promptly about a mistake. A confirmation acknowledges the order information; shipment and tracking updates identify progress. The applicable legal rules and the information provided at checkout determine the order’s contractual status.

Order changes can become unavailable once production or shipping begins. That does not remove statutory cancellation, withdrawal, faulty-goods or delivery-delay rights. We remain responsible for our obligations to you even when another company manufactures or ships an item.

Third-party providers manufacture, pack and ship our products. Contact Reject Compound for order help, returns or a complaint; you do not need to resolve a seller obligation directly with the manufacturer.

Website and artwork

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information needed to process your order. Do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access another person’s order or account.

A purchase gives you the physical item. It does not grant a license to commercially reproduce Reject Compound’s artwork or branding. Any ownership or licensing claim remains subject to the rights of the relevant rights holder.

Help and policy changes

Contact Support@Lukrum.io to raise a problem. We will review it using the order information, the policies that applied when you purchased and applicable law. A later policy change does not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude.
